Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a porous plate of a composite material which enables much more improvement of the quality of a pore shape than usual and equipment which is used directly for execution of the method.
SOLUTION: A prepreg face sheet 4 is formed of an uncured prepreg prepared by impregnating reinforcing fibers with a synthetic resin which is cured in reaction to electron beams. The prepreg face sheet is worked to be porous and it is exposed to the electron beams to be cured. Thereby the porous plate 4a made of the composite material is manufactured.
