To improve workability of tendon.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of prestressed concrete members includes a tendon tensioning process of spirally twisting and tensioning an outer tendon 20 and an inner tendon 30 in less than half a turn, and a concrete member forming process of introducing prestress on a concrete member 12 by casting concrete around the outer tendon 20 and the inner tendon 30 so that the outer tendon 20 and the inner tendon 30 are fixed to the formed concrete member 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
