To accomplish a high output and reduce torque pulsation in a radial anisotropic magnet motor.
The radial anisotropic magnet motor is so constructed that the direction of the anisotropy of a laminated magnet of perpendicular magnetic anisotropy is converted into the radial direction. This motor is manufactured so that the following are implemented: letting maximum magnetization intensity in the perpendicular direction be Mmax and maximum magnetization intensity in the in-plane direction be Mmax//, there is no difference in the population variance or population mean of Mmax/Mmax// between before and after rolling with a probability of 95% and Mmax/Mmax// is not less than 1.45; letting a coercive force in the perpendicular direction be HcJ and a coercive force in the in-plane direction be HcJ//, HcJ/HcJ// of a rolled magnet is 0.90±0.01; and more desirably Mmax/Mmax// between magnetic poles is smaller than Mmax/Mmax// at the center of magnetic poles.
