Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the antenna performance of a radio wave transmission/reception antenna by making the surface roughness of a metal layer smaller and reducing the conductor loss of the metal layer.SOLUTION: A method includes joining a metal layer 13 to a glass substrate 11 via an adhesive layer 12, and polishing the metal layer 13. Next, it includes applying etching processing to the metal layer 13, and removing a desired portion 25 of the metal layer 13. This obtains a radio wave transmission/reception antenna 10 including the metal layer 13 including a pattern 13p.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
