Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a rubber composition capable of improving a dispersibility of silica by ensuring a kneading time in a temperature range at which silanization is accelerated, and a manufacturing method of a tire using the rubber composition produced by the manufacturing method.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a rubber composition, comprising a kneading process in which a raw material containing a rubber component, silica, and a silane coupling agent is kneaded by a closed-type kneading apparatus equipped with a kneading chamber, a rotor installed in the kneading chamber and a ram weight that pressurizes the kneading chamber. The kneading process includes: a first step of putting a raw material into the kneading chamber; a second step of kneading the put raw material by rotating the rotor until a raw material temperature reaches a specified temperature, which is a predetermined temperature belonging to a temperature range in which silanization is accelerated; and a third step of kneading the raw material in which the raw material temperature has reached a specified temperature by rotating the rotor while controlling a descent pressure of the ram weight by moving the ram weight up and down so that the raw material temperature does not deviate from the specified temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
