Abstract:
To provide a rubber composition for side wall capable of providing excellent crack resistance while maintaining tear strength in a system for mixing silica without need of addition of a compound or denaturation of a rubber component during rubber component synthesis, a pneumatic tire using the same, and a manufacturing method of the rubber composition for side wall.SOLUTION: There is provided a rubber composition for side wall containing a diene rubber, a fine particle by covering rotaxane having a linear molecule, a cyclic molecule including the linear molecule, and an encapsulation group arranged at both terminals of the linear molecule so that the cyclic molecule is not detached from the linear molecule with silica, and silica blended as a reinforcement filler, in which content of the fine particle is 1 to 30 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the diene rubber.SELECTED DRAWING: None
