To provide a manufacturing method of a heat-resistant rubber hose by specifying outer rubber and vulcanizing it by use of an organic peroxide as a vulcanizing agent.
The manufacturing method suitable for obtaining a bent rubber hose by hot air vulcanization, in which the hose comprises at least inner surface rubber, a reinforcement layer and outer surface rubber, comprises a step of vulcanizing the surface of the outer surface rubber in advance by electron beam radiation to the extent of vulcanization so that the degree of cross-linking of the outer rubber surface becomes the 90% or more of 100% modulus of at proper vulcanization, and a step of vulcanizing the hose in hot air wherein the unvulcanized rubber hose is cut into a predetermined length followed by electron beam radiation in an electron beam radiation device while rolling.
