Abstract:
To provide a rust preventive material for a lightweight cellular concrete reinforcing steel bar that is excellent in stability and rust prevention performance.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a rust preventive material for a lightweight cellular concrete reinforcing steel bar which includes adding SBR aqueous emulsion as a liquid content raw material and water for viscosity control to asphalt aqueous emulsion that is stirred by a stirrer having a turbine blade as a stirring blade and having a shear action and mixing the substances, and then adding aggregate powder as a solid content raw material and an additive for pH adjustment and mixing the substances, a stirring speed when the liquid content raw material is mixed is in a range of 120-200 rpm, and a stirring speed when the solid content raw material is mixed is higher than the stirring speed when the liquid content raw material is mixed by 40-50 rpm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
