Abstract:
To shorten the manufacturing time up to a surface finishing process without causing a water route or cracking in a manufacturing method of a segment.
A curing accelerator is added to highly flowable concrete when the highly flowable concrete is cast in a form and this highly flowable concrete, to which the curing accelerator is added, is allowed to stand at the normal temperature until the highly flowable concrete becomes a self-supporting state and a surface finishable state. Then, the surface finish of the cast concrete is performed by detaching a lid form and steam curing of the cast concrete is performed to demold a concrete segment.
