To provide a method for manufacturing a stacked concrete block, which has a hole piercing the central part and/or side part thereof and is filled with a mesh, with good workability without generating irregularity in quality, and an apparatus therefor.

The mesh 3 is placed on the elastic piercing underside piece 2 provided to the central part of the face plate of a form, and the left and right side plates 4 and 4' of the form are revolved around the rotary axial lines of the side plates of the form to be closed in an almost upright state. The lid plate 5 with an inner mold of the form equipped with an inner mold 8 having a piercing upper side piece 6 is closed in an almost upright state and the mesh 3 is pushed down from above by the piercing upper side piece 6. The mesh 3 is bitten in and fixed to the piercing underside piece 2 by the push-down operation and the elasticity of the piercing underside piece 2. The side plates 4 and 4' of the form, the lid plate 5 with the inner mold of the form and a lid plate 7 are fixed by a proper fixing tool to assemble the form. Ready-mixed concrete is charged in this form and solidified to be demolded.
