Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing a stator for an ultrasonic motor that enables processing time to be shortened by making the processing work of the stator easy and the cost reduced.
A stator for an ultrasonic motor is provided with supporting plates 13a, 13b that are vibrated by bending vibration of a vibration-generating source provided with piezoelectric elements 14a, 14b. These vibrating plates 13a, 13b are blanked by press working and their surfaces of the plates 13a, 13b are finished by grinding.
