Strip pieces S1 formed by cutting a long strip S into a constant dimension at a cutting angle θ are fed longitudinally by a supply conveyor 4. The strip piece joined object SS is formed by successively connecting the strip pieces S1 by the pasting converyor 5 crossing the supply conveyor 4 at an angle α to be fed out by a take-over conveyor 6. The supply conveyor 4 and the take-over conveyor 6 are made stationary at the arranging positions of them. The pasting conveyor 5 is pivolally supported in a horizontally revolvable manner to align the crossing angle α with the cutting angle θ and can be revolved in the direction opposed to the take-over conveyor 6.
