Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection tool having a relatively large strength as the connection tool of an L-shaped blind type which connects two pieces of structural material at a right angle by fitting the structural material into a dovetail groove of frame structural material.SOLUTION: Metal rod material 100 having a cross-section suitable for a shape of a dovetail groove of structural material is formed by drawing processing. Subsequently, the rod material 100 is cut into a predetermined length in accordance with specifications of a connection tool. Subsequently, on a middle part 3 between a horizontal part 1 and a perpendicular part 2 which become L-shaped, of the cut rod materials 100, sides are punched while leaving a width equal to an opening width of the dovetail groove or somewhat narrower than that. Subsequently, the rod material 100 having the punched middle part 3 is subjected to bending processing on the middle part 3 such that the perpendicular part 2 and the horizontal part 1 become right-angled to each other while bringing broad faces near to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
