Abstract:
To more increase magnetization accuracy.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a subject to be magnetized comprises: a first step of positioning a position where a magnetization part of a magnetization device is opposite to the subject to be magnetized in a radial directions of any one of a plurality of magnetic tracks; a second step of forming a magnetic track by relatively rotating the subject to be magnetized and the magnetization part using a center of a circle as an axis, and alternately magnetizing an N pole and an S pole along a circumferential direction to form a magnetic track; a third step of positioning a position where the magnetization part is opposite to the subject to be magnetized at a position in the radial direction of a magnetic track different from the magnetic track formed in the second step; and a fourth step of relatively rotating the subject to be magnetized and the magnetization part using the center as an axis, and alternately magnetizing the N pole and the S pole along the circumferential direction. In the second and fourth steps, the subject to be magnetized and the magnetization part are rotated in the circumferential direction a plurality of times and a magnetization voltage of the magnetization part is made lower every rotation than that in the preceding rotation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
