PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance seal performance between a liner and a mouthpiece of a high-pressure tank.SOLUTION: A mouthpiece comprises a cylindrical part communicating with an internal space, a flange hanging out to the outside of a radial direction, and a cylindrical protrusion protruding to the internal space side at an end part of the flange at the cylindrical part side. An outer surface of the protrusion includes an external peripheral face, an outer surface of the flange includes a lower face at the internal space side, and the lower face includes an external peripheral part located at an outermost side of a radial direction in the lower face, and a step part. A manufacturing method comprises a first step for constituting a part of a liner, and integrally forming the liner and a mouthpiece while forming an end part sidewall having a bent shape along a shape of the step part as the end part sidewall which covers a range from an end part at a side opposite to the flange in the external peripheral face up to the external peripheral part; and a second process for forming a space between the step part and the end part sidewall in a state that the liner contacts with the external peripheral part by the shrinkage of the liner after the first process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
