Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to suppress variation of a layer thickness according to positions while suppressing increase in a used amount of a coating material.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a thermal transfer sheet 10 comprises: a first coating process in which a first coating material 30A, which includes graphite grains 31 and a first binder 32 comprising a PVDF resin, is coated onto one face of a base film 20 thereby forming a first layer 30; a rolling process in which the base film 20 in which the first layer 30 is formed is rolled; and a second coating process in which a second coating material 40A, which includes conductive particles 41 and a second binder 42 comprising an epoxy resin, is coated onto the rolled first layer 30 thereby forming a second layer 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
