Abstract:
To provide a resin cured product excellent in both toughness and bending strength.SOLUTION: A method for producing a thermosetting resin cured product using at least an allyl compound (A) having at least two or more allyl groups in one molecule, a maleimide compound (B) having at least two or more maleimide groups in one molecule and a thiol compound (C) having at least two or more thiol groups in one molecule, includes: a first step of mixing the thiol compound (C) and the maleimide compound (B) so that a maleimide group equivalent in the maleimide compound (B) to the thiol group equivalent of 1 in the thiol compound (C) is 1.15 to 6, reacting the compounds to synthesize oligomer; a second step of mixing a raw material containing the oligomer obtained in the first step and the allyl compound (A) to produce a composition; and a third step of heating the composition obtained in the second step at 150°C or higher for 5 hours or more to cure the composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None
