Abstract:
To provide a tread member, an extruder mouthpiece, and a method for manufacturing pneumatic tire that can suppress adhesion of the tread member to a tray in a tread under-attachment molding process.SOLUTION: A tread member 1 includes: a profile surface 2 that contacts a road surface; an attaching surface 3 attached to a cylindrical belt drum 40; a base part 2a located in a center of the profile surface 2 in a width direction; and a thick wall part 2b formed by raising the profile surface 2 from the base part 2a and is thicker than the base part 2a. The thick wall part 2b is provided with a plurality of projections 5 projecting outward in a tire radial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
