PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency by supplying and fixing the surface plate at a prescribed position of a panel frame, by means of loading a plurality of triangular panel separated surface plates into a laminate layer, and of fixing at the panel frame by arranging these plates at the prescribed position of the panel.

CONSTITUTION: A panel frame 3 on which an established separated surface plate 2 is adhered, is delivered up to the position as shown in the drawing while it is guiding by a guide plate 4. Next, separated surface plates 8 are arranged at a prescribed position of the frame 3, by means of regulating and arranging plates 8 of the most upper part at a desired height by an elevator such as a table lifter 9 etc. laminated and loaded separared surface plate 8, of sliding and loading the side surface of the plates 8 of the most upper part on the upper surface of the panel frame 3 by passing a port 4a of the guide plate 4 by the pushing means of the surface plate such as a cylinder 10, and of contacting and engaging the side surface of the plate 8 by a positioning stopper 5. Accordingly, the efficiency is improved by means of supplying and fixing at the prescribed position of this surface plate 3 automatically.
