Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a stain by dripping under a core body of a coating film precursor solution and mixing-in of air when reusing the solution, and to uniformize a film thickness.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a tubular material, a nozzle 102 having an inner diameter larger than an outer diameter of a core body, that is, the nozzle 102 having a die part 102a for regulating a film thickness of a coating film by a gap part α with the core body, a supply part 102b for supplying a solution of a coating film precursor to the gap part above the die part and a liquid reservoir part 107 for reserving the solution of becoming excessive in the die part or the supply part by scratching off by the gap part above the supply part, is substantially concentrically out-fitted to the columnar core body 101 of turning the central axis O-O in the substantially vertical direction, and is relatively passed in the upper direction to the core body, so that after being formed as the coating film by applying the solution of the coating film precursor to an outer surface of the core body, after being held in the core body until the coating film can hold strength as at least the tubular material, the tubular material is removed from the core body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
