Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a tubular resin molded body of high quality, when a tubular resin molded body with a branch tube-shape is subjected to injection molding, suppressing the generation of burrs caused at the branch part of the tube.SOLUTION: A tubular resin molded body having a main tube part 11 and a branch tube part 12 is molded by an injection molding method. The main tube part 11 is molded by a method of jointly using injection molding and the press fitting of a pressure fluid, e.g., utilizing a floating core, and the branch tube part 12 is molded by utilizing a core die 41 and a sleeve 42. Upon formation of the main tube part 11, a resin wall 45 separating the main tube part and the branch tube part is formed adjacently to the tip face 41a of the core die. After the formation of the main tube part 11, in a state where the pressurization of the pressure fluid is retained, the core die 41 is retreated, and the resin wall 45 is separated from the tubular resin molded body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
