Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a void structure and a concrete member, to be buried in a concrete structure such as a concrete slab.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a void structure and concrete material comprises the steps of: holding a plurality of spherical voids A between a pair of specific members 8a, 8b configured in a net shape by vertically and horizontally combining a plurality of parallel wires 81a, 82a, 81b, 82b; and arranging a connection member 71 between the pair of specific members 8a, 8b to configure the void structure 1 secured in a holding state. Further, the method comprises the steps of: defining an interval between an upper end bar and a lower end bar through placing reinforcement bars 4a, 5a, 4b, 5b respectively along the specific members 8a, 8b of the void structure 1; and adjusting the interval between the upper end bar and the lower end bar through adjusting arrangement intervals between the wires 81a, 82a, 81b, 82b, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
