Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more easily and surely enhance whiteness of burnt matter of papermaking sludge.
SOLUTION: The manufacturing method comprises preparing a high-concentration slurry having a concentration of at least 60 wt% of particles of burnt matter of papermaking sludge, adding thereto a dispersant, wet-crushing the particles by means of a primary crusher 2 down to an average particle size of 20 μm while blowing carbon dioxide thereinto, mixing the primarily crushed particles with waste calcium carbonate particles having an average particle size of 20 μm from a manufacturing process of kraft pulp, feeding the resultant mixture to an agitation tank 3 and agitation-mixing it in the agitation tank 3 while blowing carbon dioxide thereinto, and wet-crushing the mixture by means of a secondary crusher 4 to the aimed particle size.
