Abstract:
To provide a stator which can be assembled without being affected by a projection by solving the problem of interference between the projection and the train of wheels caused by melting processing by laser.SOLUTION: A stator includes: a magnetic plate material for the stator in which a through hole for a rotor is formed and a magnetic circuit is formed around the through hole for the rotor; and a non-magnetic region which is provided around the through hole and generates a magnetic pole around the through hole by excitation by a coil. The nonmagnetic region has a nonmagnetic melting part whose cross-sectional area is reduced from one surface side of the magnetic plate material toward the other surface side along the thickness direction, has a projecting part in a part of the nonmagnetic melting part exposed on one surface side, and has a flat part with a projecting height of 60 μm or less from one surface of the magnetic plate material on the projecting part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
