Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a manufacturing mold which can improve productivity and quality and can provide an expanded lattice body by setting a crossed axes angle with the edge axis of an appearing material side edge tip surface of a V-shaped edge smaller than a crossed axes angle on the entering material side.
CONSTITUTION: When a lead alloy sheet 4 is sent into from the arrow direction at expanding work time, a notch is formed by a V-shaped edge 1, and it is elongated at the same time, and a rhombic mesh 5 is formed. When a bone 6 constituting this mesh 5 is formed, a bone 7 on the entering material side of an edge is formed according to an entering material side edge tip surface 10 since it is directly connected to the sheet. On the other hand, a bone 8 on the appearing material side easily elongates since it also serves as one side of a bone constituting the already formed rhombic mesh 5. Therefore, since a crossed axes angle to the edge axis of an appearing material side edge tip surface is set smaller than a crossed axes angle to the edge axis of an entering material side edge tip surface, a rupture occurrence rate of an expanded lattice body is reduced, so that it can be stabilized.
