Then, based on the ranking numbers of the ranking slips possessed by the respective game entrants, game required time data are specified from ranking data and the ranking data of the respective game entrants are specified by reading the game entrant data from the magnetic cards. Further, the specified ranking data, the game required time data and the game entrant data are written in the magnetic cards and printed on the surface of the magnetic cards and they are issued as the race completion certificates.
