PURPOSE: To permit the pumping of a great bulk of soil and reclamation of a wide area by combining a stationary conveyer with a mobile belt conveyer in the reclamation construction work of a fixed area of sea leading to land with a soil-digging site.

CONSTITUTION: In case where a reclamation area B is constructed in sea leading to a land A, soil is first excavated by a bucket wheel excavator from a soil-digging site C and then transferred to a spreader 4 at its tip through a mobile belt conveyer 3 with a clawler 3a. Then, the soil is covered on a revetment zone 1 and then leveled by a shovel loader 6 to construct a complete revetment 1. Then, a stationary belt conveyer 5 is installed between a land B and the revetment zone 1, and the mobile belt conveyer 3 with a tripper is connected to the conveyer 5 within the area B. And, the conveyer 3 is turned in the area B to construct the reclamation site.
