PURPOSE: To obtain the subject sheet excellent in shell-proofing properties and seaweed-proofing properties and useful for ships, etc., by covering the surface thereof with flexible loop piles independently formed using a hydrophobic monofilament.

CONSTITUTION: An objective sheet obtained by covering one or both sides of a sheet-shaped base material (e.g. nonwoven fabric or plastic sheet) 1 with flexible loop piles (Size of loop is preferably ≤5mm diameter) 2 independently formed, e.g. by weaving a hydrohobic monofilament (e.g. polypropylene fiber; Fineness of filament is preferably ≤20μm diameter).
