To enable the use of a marker agent sensing both at the time of photographing of the longitudinal relaxation emphasis image and transverse relaxation emphasis image of an MRI.
The gelatinous marker agent is prepd. by adding Gd-DTPA which is the conjugated matter of gadolinium of a paramagnetic material and DTPA of a chelate agent at a concn. of 1mol/l into gelatin dissolved to attain a concn. of 5wt.% and making the entire part uniform. This marker agent is dissolved and is packed into a fine tubular vessel made of polytetrafluoroethylene having an inside diameter of 2mm and an outside diameter of 3mm and the end of this vessel is sealed, by which the internally gelatinized marker is obtd. This marker agent and marker emit signals by sensing both of the longitudinal relaxation (T1) emphasis and transverse relaxation (T2) emphasis. These signals appear distinctly on the photographed topographic images.
