Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mask cleaning device, a printing machine and a mask cleaning method capable of suppressing that a mask is deteriorated due to an excessive negative pressure which acts on the mask when the mask is cleaned by sucking the mask.SOLUTION: A mask cleaning device includes: a cleaning head which has a suction port opposite to a mask having an opening part; a driving part which relatively moves a cleaning head for the mask; an exhaust part which exhausts an inner part of a cleaning head communicated with the suction port and, thereby, sucks a suction object range opposite to the suction port, of the mask; a detection part which detects a change of pressure on an inner part of the cleaning head; and a control part which performs feed-back control of such an exhaust speed that the exhaust part exhausts the inner part of the cleaning head based on a detection result of the detection part such that the pressure on the inner part of the cleaning head gets near a target pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
