Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a mask control device whose circuit is simplified, by using the output of a random pattern memory as well during serial operation.
CONSTITUTION: By controlling serial pattern switching signals SP1-SPn based on outputs of mask waveform output serial pattern memories 151-15m, the mask-present signal written in advance into mask waveform output random pattern memories 131-13n is used, so that judgment result is masked or not is controlled. By utilizing the fact that the random pattern memories 131-13n holds a fixed address during serial pattern operation and that no output is switched, simplifying of a circuit is realized.
