Two sets of mask members 10 and 10 which pinch a mesh-like reinforcing member 12 between a surface side member 11 which is formed of an air-permeable material and a rear surface side member 13 which is formed of an air-permeable material are formed. The two sets of the mask members 10 and 10 have an approximately trapezoidal shape of which the bottom edge section is an arc shape, and the arc-like bottom edge sections are combined to each other by sewing. The two sets of the mask members 10 and 10 have an approximately linear chamfered section on one end or both ends of the approximately trapezoidal bottom edge sections.
