The display apparatus includes: a TFT substrate which includes a voltage applied element 220 formed on a first substrate 210, an organic film formed to expose the output terminal of the voltage applied element and having a plurality of microlens parts formed like islands with different areas from one another on one surface of the organic film to improve light reflectance, and a pixel electrode having a first electrode 242 formed on the organic film and a second electrode 244 partially having a transmission window formed on the first electrode; a second substrate opposing the first substrate and having a common electrode opposing to the pixel electrode; and a liquid crystal layer 400 held between the first substrate and the second substrate.
