Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mask to be used for lamination shaping which is advantageous for shortening a manufacturing time and reducing a manufacturing cost and a method for manufacturing the mask.
SOLUTION: The mask 1 has an island-shaped mask part 12 and the mask part 12 is formed of a ground sheet layer 12c of paper or resin and an antiirradiation coat 12e based on a metal such as aluminum coated on the upper surface of the ground sheet layer 12c. The mask part 12 is formed by applying the antiirradiation coat 12e to the upper face of the ground sheet layer 12c through an antilaser coating process. The antiirradiation coat 12e can be formed of a vapor-deposited coat.
