Abstract:

To provide a mass analysis system capable of determining presence/absence of a substance, identifying a type of the substance, or quantifying each type of substances, even when an available time for measurement is limited.

The mass analysis system is equipped with: (1) an operation planning unit for determining a measurement schedule provided by a combination of an MS analysis and an MSⁿ analysis (where, n≥2) according to available time for measurement given in advance; and (2) a mass analysis unit having a tandem type mass analysis function for outputting each mass spectrum obtained by executing each measuring operation constituting the measurement schedule.
