The massage machine is provided with massagers for applying the massage to the person to be treated, a driving mechanism for moving the massagers back and forth along the person to be treated, and a control circuit 6 for controlling massage operation. The control circuit 6 detects the position of a specified part of the person to be treated in accordance with the movement of the massager, derives the position of a pressure point from the detected position of the specified part on the basis of the relation of the position of the specified part of a human body and the positions of the plurality of pressure points with a metabolism improving effect, and applies the digital compression massage to the derived pressure point.
