Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an electro-conductive carbon black master batch, containing carbon black of high electro-conductivity and giving final electro-conductive resin products added therewith of excellent surface smoothness.
CONSTITUTION: This electro-conductive master batch comprises (a) a thermoplastic resin other than polyolefin resins and (b) electro-conductive carbon black as essential components, where the thermoplastic resin of component (a) has a melt flow of ≥6g/100min and the oil absorption of the electro-conductive carbon black has ≥300ml/100g DBP oil absorption. The content of the carbon black is 8 to 20 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of (a)+(b) and the specific volume resistance is ≥0.1Ω.cm and <10Ω.cm.
