Abstract:
To provide a mastering original disk which can visually discriminate whether the photoresist layer has been exposed or not.
The mastering original disk has a substrate, a photoresist layer formed on the substrate, and a color-changing layer formed on the photoresist layer. The color-changing layer includes an indicator which changes its color by reacting with an acid which is produced by exposure of the photoresist layer.
