In the mat for training the golf in which an artificial turf is arranged on an elastic base part, the mat for training the golf is characterized by arranging columnar projections being elastic bodies more extended from the base part on a part of the mat for training the golf into a lattice-like arrangement and the first artificial turf being embedded on the top end parts of the columnar projections and the second artificial turf being embedded on the base parts and making the heights of the first and the second artificial turf from the bottom end part of the base part the same.
