Abstract:
To obtain a material for a case body, which satisfies both improvement in heat resistance and rigidity and improvement in flame retardance.
A natural fiber (kenaf fiber) is impregnated with a flame retardant (sodium polyborate). The impregnated material works as a reinforcing material having flame retardance. The impregnated material is kneaded with a filler, a crystal nucleating agent and a vegetable resin (poly lactic acid resin). The material is kneaded in a proper blending ratio and pelletized to give the material for a case body having high heat resistance and high rigidity.
