To provide a material delivery device capable of accurately setting an origin position of a plunger.SOLUTION: A material delivery device 14 includes: a plasticizing part 15 that plasticizes a resin pellet 17 to produce a plasticized material 18; a nozzle 16 having a nozzle opening 16a and delivering the plasticized material 18 to an outside from the nozzle opening 16a; a channel 31 communicating with the nozzle opening 16a and through which the plasticized material 18 flows; a suction part 33 having a plunger 37 for sucking the plasticized material 18 into a first cylinder 36 connected to the channel 31 and a plunger motor 41 for driving the plunger 37; and a detector 40 for detecting a position of the plunger 37 in the first cylinder 36.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
