To deliver a material based on some types of conditions allowing an owner or a buyer to monitor.
This material delivery device is provided with material servers 1 and 6 having a material interference processor 34 inserting reversible impairment information to a material, and a communication network 2 delivering the impaired material, at least, to a client's processor 4. The client's processor 4 is provided with an impairment removal processor 90 releasing the reversible impairment information inserted in the material and producing a restored material. The material servers 1 and 6 are provided with material protection processors inserting protection data into the material. The protection data is prevented from being perceived in the material. The protection data detects misuse of the material. The production of an impaired version of the material allows a buyer to confirm a sample of the material before obtaining the material and prevent a non-confirmed buyer to user it without permission. When the buyer determines to have the material, impairment removal data are fed to the client's processor. Other data perceived in the material may be inserted into the material.
