PURPOSE: To aim at the continuous feed of an article and improvement in its working property, by housing a storage vessel housing the articles in series in a magazine horizontally, moving it up to the takeout position, and after positioning and locking it by a holder, taking out these parts with a take out device.

CONSTITUTION: Each stick 1 housing an article 5 is housed in a magazine in horizontality in a multistage stacking manner, and the stick is pushed up to a takeup position by a lift 3. And, it is positioned and locked by a fixing holder's cylinder 4a and a supporting cylinder 4b installed at both sides of this takeout position. And, a line of the articles 5 is pushed out of the stick 1 by a push cylinder 6, conveyed on a conveyor rail 7 by a conveyor guide 8, these articles 5 are separated piece by piece by a separate roller 10, and discharged to a conveying part 9. The empty stick 1 is discharged to a discharge chute at the feeder side. Therefore, the continuous feed of these articles with a simple structure, thus its working property is improvable.
