Abstract:
PURPOSE:To vary a cycle time, to control the flow rate of a material, and to supply an accurate amount of the material by varying the time from the output of a read request signal from a meter to the output of a read end signal. CONSTITUTION:Every time when the metering read request signal SR arrives from the meter, a variable Sc is integrated by an integrator 11 to output an integral value QF. A reference generator 13 outputs a reference value Qx up to the present time from a supplied weight Q. An adder 15 outputs the deviation signal QE between the integral value QF and reference value Qx and it is multiplied by a gain G to output a gain signal QG. An arithmetic device 19 for cycle time t'c performs arithmetic t'c=Qs/(Q+QG), where Qs is the measurement of weight in the metering bottle in the meter; and a read end arithmetic device 21 judges that the time comes from the t'c to output the read end signal SE. Consequently, the cycle time is varied to perform accurate metering.
