Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the positioning of an angle steel member and also prevent its lifting while being processed.
SOLUTION: A plurality of screw holes are formed in suitable positions on a base 5, and a cramp screw 14 which is threadedely fitted to the screw hole so as to held and fix a retainer plate 13 by which an angle steel member 12 is positioned, is arranged in the forward of a metal mold. A surface with which the angle steel member 12 of the retainer plate 13 is brought in contact is formed in a straight flat shape so as to be a guiding surface 13c when the angle steel member 12 is inserted in the metal mold 2. A projected part 13d is formed on the upper side of the guiding surface 13c so that the lift of the angle steel member 12 is regulated when a shearing process is executed.
