Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material index device in an automatically operable laser beam machine provided with a material detecting means automatically detecting positional deviation or defective installation after installing a material and a power chuck.
SOLUTION: In this material index device, a material rotating member 21 is provided in the face plate 19 of a main body frame 15 so as to freely rotate, a servo motor 31 dividing the rotation of the material rotating member 21 and a clamp cylinder 49 pressing and fixing the material W are provided via an accumulator 51, a pair of fixing coupling connected to the clamp cylinder 49 and the accumulator 51 is provided in the material rotating member 21, a pair of transfer coupling attachable and detachable to the fixing coupling is provided in the coupling transfer means provided in the main body frame 15, and the transfer coupling is connected to an air source via a direction control valve.
