In the case that a material B is a pet bottle and the like of synthetic resin, a free end part 61b of a body part 61 of an adjustment plate 6 is made to approach a material induction drum 1. As a result, a tilting material induction gap, which is gradually narrowed from the induction upper side to the induction lower side of the material B, is formed. The abutting pressure with a sticking blade 4 applied to the material B smoothly passing downwards along the tilt, gradually becomes higher, resulting in sticking the blade 4 in the material B. Further, in the case of sheet-formed materials other than a pet bottle and the like, the free end part 61b of the body part 61 of the adjustment plate 6 is separated from the material induction drum 1. As a result, a material induction gap evenly expanding from the induction upper side to the induction lower side of the material B is formed. Further, the abutting pressure of the material B and the blade 4 is lowered, so that the blade 4 is not stuck in the material B.
