PURPOSE: The titled base material enabling the cost reduction and economy of resources by reusing polyurethane bumper waste and rejected products of bumper, obtained by adding a resin to paper, wood, fibers, etc. to give a raw material, blending the raw material with crushed polyurethane bumper, followed by molding.

CONSTITUTION: A resin (e.g., phenolic resin, etc.) is added to paper, wood, fiber, etc. to give a raw material, which is blended with crushed polyurethane bumper waste or rejected products of bumper (chips, etc. having a size ≤5mm) and molded. The amount of polyurethane bumper blended is ≤30wt%. For example, a resin felt raw materia consisting of 20wt% miscellaneous hairs, 50wt% jute and 30wt% phenolic resin is blended with the crushed polyurethane bumper, made into a flaky state, cured by heating, thermally compressed and molded by a pressing machine.
