The capacity of a transfer vehicle to carry a cement system material is calculated by a calculation part 44 for every transfer vehicle which is used for transferring the cement system material to the field where pouring is performed. Then a rectangular block of the size corresponding with the carrying capacity calculated for every transfer vehicle is derived as a management block which is a management unit of the cement system material, and information on characteristics indicating the characteristics of the cement system material is obtained for every management block which has been derived. Then information on a pouring position which indicates the actual pouring position of the cement system material by the transfer vehicle is detected for every transfer vehicle. The obtained information on characteristics and the detected information on the pouring position are linked to each other for every corresponding management block, and are stored in the secondary memory unit of a server device 20 provided in a construction office.
