PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for yielding a heavy metal-removed material from a mineral mixture which is produced by civil engineering and building construction work and to the surface of which heavy metals are stuck or bonded.SOLUTION: In a material recycling system RS, a crushing facility A applies a crushing treatment to the mineral mixture. A wet classification facility B classifies the crushed mineral mixture by using water into a plurality of kinds of materials having particle diameters different from one another and separating heavy metals from the mineral mixture in water. A heavy metal removing facility C removes heavy metals from the drainage water discharged from the wet classification facility B. A drainage water treatment facility D treats the heavy metal-removed drainage water and precipitating water-insoluble materials in the drainage water to separate the drainage water into sludge and treated water. A treated water supply facility E supplies the treated water to the wet classification facility B. A sludge dehydration facility F dehydrates the sludge and dries the dehydrated sludge. A post treatment facility G applies post treatment such as cleaning treatment to recycled materials.
